Authorizing the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute a release of a 60-foot wide right-of-way reservation acquired by dedication in Certified Survey Map No. 6123, Albrecht Industrial Park.
Body
WHEREAS, Oakleaf Properties, LLC, owner of the adjoining properties located at 2318 Advance Road and 4575 Helgensen Dr, has requested the release of the 60 foot wide right of way easement reserved over the properties; and
 
WHEREAS, City Engineering staff have reviewed the request and determined there is no longer a need for a road at that location and therefore recommends the release of such easement.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release of Easement for Right of Way Purposes for land described as a 60-foot wide strip of land, the approximate centerline of which is coterminous with Lots 1, 2 and 3, in Certified Survey Map. No. 6123, recorded in Volume 29 of Certified Surveys on pages 191-195, as Document No. 2204978, Dane County Registry. Said Easement is depicted on page 2 of the attached Certified Survey Map No. 6123.
