1. WHEREAS, an Amended PUD(GDP) Planned Unit Development (General Development Plan) District has been duly filed for approval of the Madison Common Council and is hereby made an integral component of the zoning district regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3471. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.06(2)(a)3471. The following described property is hereby omitted from the PUD(SIP) Planned Unit Development (Specific Implementation Plan) District and added to the PUD(GDP) Planned Unit Development (General Development Plan) District:
A parcel of land being part of Lots 1, 2 and 3, Certified Survey Map No. 11595, part of Lots 9 and 14, Kelab Replat, part of vacated Kelab Drive, part of vacated Sawyer Terrace and part of vacated Frey Street, all being part of the NE 1/4 and SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and part of the NW 1/4 and SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 20, T7N, R9E, in the City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: Commencing at the NW corner of the said NE 1/4, thence S...
