The Common Council of the City of Madison do ordain as follows:
1. Paragraph 3470. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.06(2)(a)3470. The following described property is hereby omitted from the A Agriculture District and added to the R2T Single-Family Residence District:
Part of Outlot 4, Linden Park, recorded in Volume 58-095B of Plats on Pages 488-493 as Document Number 4139208, Dane County Registry, located in the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 34, T7N, R8E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, to wit:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said outlot 4; thence N89º32’33”E, 102.98 feet; thence S00º27’27”E, 103.00 feet; thence S89º32’33”W, 99.52 feet; thence N46º09’18”W, 4.83 feet; thence N00º27’27”E, 99.63 feet to the point of beginning. This parcel contains 10,601 square feet.”
2. Paragraph 3477. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.06(2)(a)3477. The following described property is hereby omitted from the A Agriculture District and added to the R1 Single-Family Residence District:
