Fiscal Note
The employment agreement provides for a salary at the annualized rate of $105,000 plus fringe benefits. Sufficient funding is provided for in the Information Technology 2010 Adopted Operating budget and no additional appropriation is required.

Submitting the name of Paul A. Kronberger for confirmation of a five-year term as Information Technology Director.
Body
Whereas, Mayor Cieslewicz has appointed Paul A. Kronberger to the position of Information Technology Director and has recommended to the Common Council that his appointment be confirmed; and
Whereas, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Kronberger;
Now, therefore, be resolved that Mr. Kronberger's appointment to the position of Information Technology Director hereby confirmed, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Kronberger.
