DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance creates the classification of Deputy City Attorney in Compensation Group 18, Range 22.

The Common Council of the City of Madison does hereby ordain as follows:  

Subdivision (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 3.54 entitled "Compensation Plan" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by creating the classification of "Deputy City Attorney" in Compensation Group 18, Range 22.
