The total cost of this project is estimated to be $40,000. The 2010 Parks Division Capital Budget will include funding for this work in the Parks Paving (#810403) project. The $40,000 of work will be accounted for in the following accounts:

BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications forTennis Court Resurfacing - 2010, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept dedication of lands and/or easements from the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
