Fiscal Note

Adoption of this resolution authorizes the Community Development Authority to issue up to $185,000,000 of revenue bonds to finance the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation's WID/MIR Redevelopment.  These bonds do not constitute an indebtedness of the City and do not affect the City's available borrowing capacity under the statutory debt limit.  As a result of this transaction, the CDA will receive an issuance fee of $577,500 which will be used to reduce the Authority's outstanding working capital loan from the City's General Fund.
