Declaring that public sewer is not available and authorizing the Kennedy Little League to install a sewerage holding tank. (3rd AD)
Body
WHEREAS, the Kennedy Little League is upgrading their facility at 5801 Commercial Avenue, and;
WHEREAS, public sanitary sewer is not presently available to serve the facility; and;
WHEREAS, the Kennedy Little League has requested permission to install a sewerage holding tank.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Madison Board of Public Works in accordance with Madison General Ordinance 35.02(3)(b), has declared that public sewer is not available.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Kennedy Little League is authorized to install a sewerage holding tank, subject to an agreement with the City of Madison for maintenance of the holding tank, and subject to agreement to connect to the public sewer when it becomes available.
