Title
Accepting a Sanitary Sewer Easement from Amanda and Yong Chen across a portion of their property located at 3497 County Trunk Highway BB (Cottage Grove Road).
Body
WHEREAS, the property owners, Amanda and Yong Chen, have requested attachment to the City of Madison; and
WHEREAS, the property owners, Amanda and Yong Chen, have offered an Easement for Public Sanitary Sewer purposes to the City of Madison, at no cost to the City, to allow public sanitary sewer service to their property; and
WHEREAS, the City of Madison Engineering Division staff have reviewed this offer and recommend acceptance of the Easement for Public Sanitary sewer purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Madison is hereby authorized to accept from Amanda and Yong Chen, at no cost to the City, a Public Sanitary Sewer Easement across a portion of their property, more particularly described as follows:
The North 11.0 feet of the West 50.0 feet of the parcel of land located in the Northeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of Section 11, Town 7 North, Range 10 East, in the Town of Blooming Grove, Dane County, Wisconsin to-wit:
Commencing at the East quarter corner of Said Section 11;
thence S 87º36'14" W, 1235.40 feet; thence S 00º44'12" E, 58.51 feet to the southerly right of way of C.T. H. BB, the City of Madison city limits and the point of beginning; thence continue S 00º44'12" E along the westerly boundary of Rambling Acres and the city limits line, 150.21 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 81 of said Rambling Acres;
thence S 87º14'36" W along the northerly line of said Rambling Acres, 99.28 feet to the easterly boundary of Richmond Hill and the city limits line;
thence N 00º40'24" W along said easterly boundary, 149.28 feet to the southerly right of way, 99.16 feet to the point of beginning.
