Although the revised City Zoning Ordinance provides for broad, new zoning regulations, it is not anticipated that the Ordinance will significantly affect the allocation of City staff resources or the collection of City revenues. No appropriation is required.

The Common Council of the City of Madison does hereby ordain as follows:
All of Exhibit F repealing and recreating Chapter 28 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby adopted in its entirety and confirmed in all respects.
Said Exhibit F is published in pamphlet form by direction of the Common Council of the City of Madison, in accordance with Section 66.0103, Wisconsin Statutes.
