DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance amendment expands the CDA Housing Operations Subcommittee from five to seven members.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Subsection (18) entitled “CDA Housing Operations Subcommittee” of Section 3.17 entitled “Community Development Authority” of the Madison General Ordinances is amended to read as follows:
“(18) CDA Housing Operations Subcommittee. The CDA Housing Operations Subcommittee shall consist of five (5) the following seven (7) members appointed by the Chair of the Community Development Authority Board.: Three (3) members shall be members of the Community Development Authority Board and One (1) CDA commissioner; two (2) members shall be former or current residents of CDA housing who may not be members of the CDA Board or participants in the CDA Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) Program, one of whom may be a CDA Commissioner; two (2) citizen members, either or both of whom may be a CDA Commis...
