PREAMBLE

The consultant will investigate the cause of a failing culvert crossing, which connects Tenney Lagoon and the Yahara River in Tenney Park, and will provide design documents and cost analyses for rehabilitation options.  The consultant will also investigate the cause of a leaning endwall of the bridge and offer potential solutions and costs.  The selection process will be based on completeness of submitted proposals, estimated costs and proposed project approach.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,

That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with Graef to provide a design for the Tenney Park Culvert Rehabilitation.

Cost not to exceed $15,000
