The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Paragraph 3439 of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3439. The following described property is hereby omitted from the R6 General Residence District and added to the PUD(GDP) Planned Unit Development (General Development Plan) District:
NW ¼ of Lot 17 and NW ¼ of Lot 18 and SE ½ of NW ½ of Lot 17 & SE ½ of NW ½ of Lot 18, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. These parcels contain 8,712 square feet or 0.2 acres.”
2. Paragraph 3440 of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3440. The following described property is hereby omitted from the PUD(GDP) Planned Unit Development (General Development Plan) District and added to the PUD(SIP) Planned Unit Development (Specific Implementation Plan) District:
