Preamble
The City of Fitchburg is installing a public sanitary sewer to serve properties in the City of Fitchburg, the City of Madison, and the Town of Madison. these municipalities have agreed to fund their respective share of the project. Resolution No. 06-00095, ID No. 02730 adopted February 7, 2006, was previously approved and provided for the special assessments for the City of Madison's share of the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement for the construction of the Rolfsmeyer Road Sanitary Sewer.
