The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3437. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3437.  The following described property is hereby omitted from the R6 General Residence District and added to the C2 General Commercial District:
Part of Lots Six (6), Seven (7), and Nine (9), Block Ninety-eight (98), Original Plat of the City of Madison, in the City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Beginning on the West Line of Hamilton Street 20.5 links East of the East corner of said Lot 6, thence North along said Street, 60 feet; thence West 49.5 feet; thence South, 12 feet; thence West 12.5 feet; thence South, 48 feet; thence East, 62 feet to the point of beginning.  This parcel contains .08 acres."
