NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a Certified Survey Map of property owned by Peter Melone and located at 1022-24 Sherman Avenue, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, which has been duly filed for approval by the Madison Plan Commission, be and the same is hereby approved subject to all conditions as required by the reviewing City departments and the Secretary of the Plan Commission as required by Chapter 236, Wisconsin Statutes.
