Fiscal Note
This project will be funded by insurance proceeds. The amount of the insurance proceeds are dependent on the results of bidding. Once the amount is known, a budget amendment will be enacted to allow for the spending of these proceeds. CB60/810397 currently does not have sufficient authority to pay for this project, but, following this budget amendment, funds will be available in the following account: CB60-58440-810397-00-0000000-60368S00.

BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Warner Park Roof Replacement 2009, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept dedication of lands and/or easements from the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
