RESOLVED, that Water Service Lateral installation improvements in Grandview Commons - Phase 14, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,500 to expire not earlier than April 21, 2010, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
