RESOLVED, that water main and water service lateral installation improvements in Linden Park - Phase 6 which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $5,000.00 to expire not earlier than March 17, 2010, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
