Fiscal Note
The position, effective July 1, 2009, is authorized in the 2009 adopted operating budget of the Economic Development Division. Funding of $38,136 in salary, plus benefit expense, for a half year's expense is included in the 2009 EDD budget.

Now be it resolved that the position tentatively titled CDA Redevelopment Mgr. be appropriately classified as a Community Development Project Manager in Compensation Group 18, Range 12, in the permanent salary detail of the Economic Development Division thereof.
