Body
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a Certified Survey Map of the McAllen Properties Madison, LLC property located at 3901 Hanson Road, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, which has been duly filed for approval of the Madison Common Council, be and the same is hereby approved subject to all conditions as required by the reviewing City departments as required by Chapter 236, Wisconsin Statutes.
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Madison are hereby authorized to sign the certified survey, bond and subdivision contract, subsequent affidavits of corrections, parkland acquisition documents, easement or right-of-way release or procurement documents or any other related document or documents as deemed necessary by the Secretary of the Plan Commission in accordance with the approved plat.
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all dedications included in this Certified Survey or required as a condition of approval of this Certified Survey be and are hereby accepted by the City of Madison.
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the 66-foot wide right of way reservation for the extension of Monument Lane through this site, as shown on Certified Survey Map 10768 and recommended in the adopted Hanson Neighborhood Development Plan, is hereby released upon the approval and recording of this Certified Survey Map.
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Division is authorized to reflect the recorded land division in the Comprehensive Plan and any applicable neighborhood plans.
