Body
D. L. L. Anderson Company has requested the right to dock its barge(s) at one of four locations on the Madison lakes at either Marshall, Olbrich, Olin and/or Warner Parks and is interested in formalizing the agreement to allow this company to access and remain in the water at city locations for short periods of time at locations within those parks as agreed with the Parks Division.
