Estimated cost $350,000. Funds are available in Acct. No. SO36-58401-000000-00-53W0807, however funds for this project were not included in the 2009 landfill operating budget or the engineering capital budget. A budget amendment would be required before the contract is awarded.

Body
BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Landfill PV Installation - 2009, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept dedication of lands and/or easements from the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
