The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Subdivision (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 3.54 entitled "Compensation Plan" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by creating Range 01 in Compensation Group 18 with the following steps reflecting the 2009 bi-weekly base rate:
"RANGE 01
1=$1,612.22 |
2=$1,661.06 |
3=$1,709.71 |
4=$1,759.28 |
5=$1,814.64" |
