The projected annualized cost is $2,362 (or $3,267 including benefits).  The estimated cost for the remainder of 2009 is dependent on the hire date and seniority of the person hired.  The Police Department expects to request an additional appropriation later in 2009, and any additional funding required for this position change will be included in that request.
