Accepting bituminous pavement constructed by private contract in Twin Oaks, Private Contract No. 1930. (16th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, Habitat for Humanity of Dane County, Inc., has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:
- Freese Lane from Siggelkow Road to Brandenburg Way.
- Buchner Court from Freese Lane to the east end.
- Kanazawa Circle from Freese Lane to the south end.
- Brandenburg Way from the east plat line to the west plat.
- Bliss Street from Brandenburg Way to Treichel Street.
- Treichel Street from Brandenburg Way to the south end.
- Unity Way from Freese Lane to the west plat line.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No.53B1930 $81,269.82 useful of 40 years.
