Body

WHEREAS,  Habitat for Humanity of Dane County, Inc., has satisfactorily completed the installation of bikepath improvements listed below in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following bikepath be and are hereby accepted:

- 6 foot concrete bike path within an easement located at 4663 and 4659 Treichel Street.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1930 $15,800 useful life of 40 years.
