RESOLVED, that  Water Main Installation improvements in Eighth Addition to Blackhawk - Phase 2, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $3,000 to expire not earlier than March 17, 2010, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
