No appropriation is required. The Parks Division Adopted Capital Improvement Program anticipates $1,200,000 in funding from land sales in 2010. (See 2009 Capital Budget, Project #19, page 284.) This amount will be adjusted and updated as appropriate in future year capital budgets.

The attached FINAL List of Conditions for Disposal of James Madison Park Properties Committee was accepted by the Park Commission on January 14, 2009. It is being forwarded to the Common Council for informational purposes because the charge of the Committee was to report back to the Park Commission with final recommendations.
The Park Commission is forwarding those Conditions for Disposal to the Common Council to keep them informed of the final results of the James Madison Park Properties Committee.
