PREAMBLE

The Town of Verona has scheduled the resurfacing of Midtown Road from Mound View Road to a point approximately 350' east of the City of Madison limits.  A portion of this segment of Midtown Road lies within the City of Madison.  The work will be accomplished by the Town of Verona in 2009.  The City of Madison will reimburse the Town of Verona for the cost to resurface the City of Madison's portion of Midtown Road.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an agreement with the Town of Verona for the resurfacing of Midtown Road.
