This work shall consist of design services for rehabilitating force mains for the Woodley Lane lift station. The work is further detailed in the scope of services as an attachment to the standard City Contract.
WHEREAS, D'Onofrio, Kottke and Associates, Inc. is a professional consulting firm qualified to complete design services for rehabilitation of the force main for the Woodley Lane lift station.
WHEREAS it has been determined that D'Onofrio, Kottke and Associates, Inc. submitted the best qualified proposal for rehabilitation of the force main for the Woodley Lane lift station.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to enter into a consulting agreement with D'Onofrio, Kottke and Associates, Inc. for consulting engineering services for rehabilitation of the force main for the Woodley Lane lift station.

Estimated cost $11,000.00.
