PREAMBLE

The City of Madison has scheduled the resurfacing of Nottingham Way for 2009.  A portion of Nottingham Way lies within the Town of Madison.  The work will be accomplished with the 2009 City of Madison Resurfacing Program. The Town of Madison will reimburse the City of Madison for the cost to resurface the Town of Madison's portion of Nottingham Way.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an agreement with the Town of Madison for the resurfacing of Nottingham Way.

Estimated Town of Madison Share:  $28,000.00
