DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance deletes the classification of Public Health Administrative Services Manager in Compensation Group 18, Range 11, and recreates said class in Compensation Group 18, Range 12, thereof.  This action is being taken pursuant to a resolution passed effective January 20, 2009.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

Effective January 20, 2009, Subdivision (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 3.54 entitled "Compensation Plan" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by deleting the classification of Public Health Administrative Services Manager in Compensation Group 18, Range 11, and recreating said class in Compensation Group 18, Range 12, thereof.
