Repealing Section 12.53(10) of the Madison General Ordinances to remove a section of Blackhawk Avenue from its designation as a through street.

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance removes a section of Blackhawk Avenue from its designation as a through street. An accompanying ordinance is declaring Blackhawk Avenue at its intersection with Bluff Street as a controlled intersection requiring stop signs at all entrances to the intersection.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Subsection (10) of Section 12.53 entitled "Through Streets" of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby repealed.
EDITOR'S NOTE: 1. This regulation has been satisfactorily posted on a trial basis.
2. Subsection (10) of Section 12.53 entitled "Through Streets" of the Madison General Ordinances currently reads as follows:
"(10) Blackhawk Avenue from the north line of Bluff Street to the south line of Regent Street."
