DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance designates Blackhawk Avenue at its intersection with Bluff Street as a controlled intersection requiring official stop signs at all entrances to said intersection.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Subsection (61) of Section 12.541 entitled "Controlled Intersection" of the Madison General Ordinances is created to read as follows:
"(61) Blackhawk Avenue at its intersection with Bluff Street."
