RESOLVED, that Water Main Installation improvements in Cilicon Prairie Business Park - Phase 2, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $4,000 to expire not earlier than February 24, 2010, to ensure proper performance of the one-year guaranty period.
