RESOLVED, that Water Main Installation improvements in Heather Glen Replat, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $5,000 to expire not earlier than February 24, 2010, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
