PREAMBLE

The pavement repairs associated with the projects on West Gorham Street, North Broom Street, University Avenue, West Gilman Street and Campus Drive, which consists of repairing, replacing or rubilizing and resurfacing the poor existing pavement, repairing and/or replacing curb and gutter as needed, and the replacement of utilities due to their poor existing condition.
