ALTERNATE - Creating Sec. 28.10(4)(c)68. of the Madison General Ordinances to make community gardens a permitted use in the M1 district.

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This amendment makes community gardens a permitted use in the M1 district with the result that community gardens in the district are now a principal use.
*********************************************************************************** The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 68. of Subdivision (c) entitled "Permitted Uses" of Subsection (4) entitled "M1 Limited Manufacturing District" of Section 28.10 entitled "Manufacturing Districts" of the Madison General Ordinances is created to read as follows:
"68. Community gardens."
