RESOLVED, that Water Main Installation improvements in First Addition to Nelson's Addition to Rustic Acres, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $5,000 to expire not earlier than January 20, 2010, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
