Repealing Section 12.132(633) of the Madison General Ordinances to eliminate a segment of the north side of Harvey Street from the "Parking Prohibited At All Times" section.

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance repeals the parking prohibited at all times status on the north side of Harvey Street from a point 65 feet east of Ridge Street to Franklin Court. An accompanying ordinance will include this same segment of Harvey Street in the "Parking Prohibited Except for Common Motor Carriers" section.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Subsection (633) of Section 12.132 entitled "Parking Prohibited At All Times" of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby repealed.
EDITOR'S NOTE: 1. This regulation has been satisfactorily posted on a trial basis.
2. Subsection (633) of Section 12.132 entitled "Parking Prohibited At All Times" of the Madison General Ordinances currently reads as follows:
"(633) On the north side of Harvey Street from a point 65 feet east of Ridge Street to Franklin Court."
