WHEREAS, Badger Mill Creek, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Jeffy Trail from the north line of Lot 77 to 187 feet south
Increase in street infrastrucutre value for Project No. 53B2138 $28,830.70 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the one-year guarantee shall have commenced on February 12, 2008.
