PREAMBLE
The building located at 2014 Allied Drive, City of Madison parcel # 0609-052-0417-3, owned by the State of Wisconsin is located in proposed ROW expansion for Verona Road, and is scheduled to be demolished.  The State wishes to demolish the building under the existing City Public Works Contract # 6212 with R.G. Huston Company, Inc. and reimburse the City for all costs associated with the demolition.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an agreement with the State of Wisconsin for the demolition and cost sharing of the building located at 2014 Allied Drive.
