Body

WHEREAS, HD Enterprises III, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:

- Maywick Drive from South Sprecher Road to Severson Drive.

- Severson Drive (east side only) from Milwaukee Street to Palace Road.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1943  $13,171.40 useful life of 40 years.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year warranty shall have commenced on September 27, 2007.
