Body

WHEREAS, Block 51, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on  West Main Street and South Broom Street adjacent to the Capitol West / Block 51 PUD.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on May 2, 2008.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2076 $18,871.50 useful life of 40 years.
