PREAMBLE

The parcel of land at 4231 Sheffield Road (parcel 0709-324-2404-0) and 4230 Milford Road (parcel 0709-324-2416-5) required by the Madison Sewer Utility as part of the Town of Madison.  These parcels originally included a sanitary sewer lift station which was subsequently removed on or about 1959.  These parcels were created by purchase of adjoining lots.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the parcels of land at  4231 Sheffield Road and 4230 Milford Road are hereby declared surplus to the needs of the Madison Sewer Utility.
