WHEREAS, Operation Fresh Start, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on Farwell Street located at 54-58 Farwell Street.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on September 17, 2008.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2145, $9,680.00 useful life of 40 years.
