Approving a maintenance agreement for privately maintained improvements within the public right of way (S. Brooks Street, Erin Street, Delaplaine Street and Park Street, adjacent to the St. Mary's Hospital Campus). (13th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, the property owner, St. Mary's Hospital Condominium Owners Association, Inc., has requested to make specific improvements within the terrace and right of way of S. Brooks Street, Erin Street, Delaplaine Street and Park Street, adjacent to the St. Mary's Hospital Campus, and;
WHEREAS, St. Mary's Hospital Condominium Owners Association, Inc. is required to execute a maintenance agreement with the City for said improvements of way to insure the public's long term use and functions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement between The City of Madison and St. Mary's Hospital Condominium Owners Association, Inc. for the Maintenance of portions of the public right of way on S. Brooks Street, Erin Street, Delaplaine Street and Park Street.
