RESOLVED, that Water Main Installation improvements in Glacier Valley - Phase 1, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $5,000 to expire not earlier than November 11, 2009 to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
