PREAMBLE
On August 15, 2008, the City Engineer opened bids for the Repainting of the West Transfer Point Structure. On September 2, 2008, the Common Council adopted a resolution, awarding the contract for the Repainting of the West Transfer Point Structure to Chris's Painting, Inc. On 9/30/08, Chris's Painting, Inc. submitted an affidavit, certifying that the prevailing wage requirements have been met, and its request for final payment.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the repainting of the East Transfer Point Structure improvements have been completed on 9/29/08 be and are hereby accepted.
